Our Service Guarantees

We believe our clients are entitled to expect high levels of personal and professional service. We call these the Dalton Wealth Management Service Guarantees. The following are just a few of the services we promise to deliver:

  1. Return your phone calls, received during regular business hours, the same day.
  2. Process all forms, applications and other paperwork within twenty four hours of receipt.
  3. Invite you, at least semi-annually, to meet with us face-to-face to review your accounts.
  4. Provide an email financial planning newsletter and a weekly email market commentary.
  5. Update your retirement plan, asset allocation analysis, etc. anytime you request, at no additional cost to you.
  6. On at least a quarterly basis, we will send you a letter to help keep you informed on our professional practice, the economy, taxes, planning opportunities, etc.
  7. Do what we say we are going to do.
  8. Treat you as we would want to be treated.
  9. Say please and thank you, verbally and in writing.
  10. No excuses – if we make an administrative error, we will correct it.
